Yes! Yes! Of course you can. But just a quick heads up, if you have large amounts of inventory and want to use QuickBooks Online as your inventory management system, you may want to rethink that. While we love QuickBooks Online, we’re also the first to admit it’s far from perfect. It’s ability to track inventory is pretty non-existent. (Well, to be fair, it’s “there” but it’s not quite there yet. Ya feel us?) We recommend using a POS system to track inventory vs using QBO for managing inventory levels.
So, to summarize, if you’re open to using another system to help manage inventory but you want a streamlined bookkeeping system, then QBO and this course would be a great fit!!

But don't fret, there’s actually an entire video and a downloadable handout that will help you better understand the different subscription options available so that you can choose the one that makes the most sense for you and your business. So if you don’t have a subscription yet, just wait, because we'll help you with that process!

We ask all course members to be patient with themselves and the learning process. By going through this course, not only are you learning new software (QuickBooks Online), you are also learning a new skill (bookkeeping). Give yourself room to grow, learn, and ask questions. It won’t come easily, but it also doesn’t need to be an uphill battle.
Use this course in tandem with an accountant.
While we built this course for the DIYers and bootstrappers, this course is just one aspect of financial management in your business. Because of that, we encourage you to find an accountant you communicate well with who understands your business model so that when questions come up you have someone that knows your business to turn to for support. And, if you’re looking for a new accountant, we’d love to be that go-to advisor for you!
