When you're ready, we'll hop on a discovery call. This will help make sure that we're the right fit for you and your biz. And, we'll match you with your perfect package.
Now that we know it's meant to be...we'll make it official. You'll sign the contract and send your payment to secure your spot.
As part of the onboarding process, you'll get to meet your new business BFF aka your account manager aka the expert on all things you and your business. Together you'll gather any information needed to get started.
This is where we do our 'thang. Basically we link accounts, run numbers, make projections, and all that other accounty stuff.
We absolutely believe that you are the person running this business and we're just running numbers. So, we're gonna hop on a call with you and chat about all the things we learned. We'll give you time to ask questions and we'll also give you some things to think about (i.e. what strategy feels right to you).
And then we get to do it all over again. Every month or every quarter depending on your package. We think that's pretty cool. Don't you?

Even if you don't money to hire us yet, we offer blog posts and resources that can help you build confidence with your money. If you have an established business, we recommend our elite packages as they'll fit your needs the best.
One of the best parts of working with a virtual firm, is that we are available to work anywhere! We have clients from almost every state. And our tax agents have a plethora of knowledge that can carry to just about any location. Fun fact: We have clients that live abroad as well! As long as you're a U.S. citizen then we can be your go-to gals.
With our white-glove packages, you will be assigned a personal account manager. They will be the experts in all things you. Depending on your package, you'll get monthly (or quarterly) reports. But feel free to always shoot an email with any questions, concerns, or compliments (we like those too). If you're choosing an a la carte package, keep in mind your contact will vary based on the service you choose. This is because it's not an ongoing project, just a one time thing. But don't worry, we'll talk you through everything that you need to know.
